摘要 PURPOSE: A biosynthetic regulator of natamycin derived from Streptomyces natalensis and nucleotide sequences encoding the same are provided, thereby easily regulating the biosynthesis of natamycin, so that a microorganism mass-producing the natamycin can be produced. CONSTITUTION: The biosynthetic regulator of natamycin derived from Streptomyces natalensis(ATCC 27448) has a nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:3, SEQ ID NO:5 and SEQ ID NO:7. The biosynthetic regulator of natamycin derived from Streptomyces natalensis(ATCC 27448) is produced by the steps of: cloning the gene encoding the biosynthetic regulator of natamycin from the DNA of Streptomyces natalensis(ATCC 27448); sequencing the cloned natamycin gene; and constructing an expression vector containing the natamycin gene; transforming a microorganism with the expression vector containing the natamycin gene; and culturing the transformed microorganism in a medium.
