METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLID FUEL WITH CONSTANT SPECIFIC GRAVITY AND SIZE BY MIXING WASTE VINYL WITH WASTE SYNTHETIC RESIN HAVING HIGH HEATING VALUE

PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a waste vinyl fuel for cement kiln inexpensively and environmentally by minimizing incombustible components in waste vinyl, adding additional waste synthetic resin to the waste vinyl and controlling specific gravity and size of the solidified fuel injected into the cement kiln. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a waste vinyl fuel for cement kiln comprises: a step of preparing a mixture having apparent specific gravity of 0.5 to 1.0 by mixing 95 to 70 wt.% of rural waste vinyl with 5 to 30 wt.% of waste synthetic resin; and a step of preparing a solidified fuel having an average grain size of 50 to 300 mm by passing the mixture through pressing process, molding process and cutting process, wherein the waste synthetic resin is the one selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate and polypropylene.
