A connection line (82) is located between the outlet and return lines, and a circulating pump (86) is located downstream. A cooling circuit is connected to the inner circuit inlet and outlet, and a separately controllable cooling circuit is also attached to the inner circuit. The inner circuit has a heat exchanger.
