PURPOSE: A method and a system for delivering composite contents of a portable terminal are provided to stably offer a composite contents delivery service by reducing network traffic, preventing processing load from concentrating on an intermediate device, and distributing the processing load. CONSTITUTION: A management server(3) includes a composite contents obtaining part(3b-2) for obtaining the composite contents based on instruction information for making the composite contents and a delivering part(3b-3) for delivering the composite contents of the composite contents obtaining part to the terminal(5). Conversion devices(4-1¯4-m) include a contents part fetch instructing part(4b-1), a making part(4b-2), and a composite contents output part(4b-3). Each contents server(2-1¯2-n) includes a composite contents element obtaining part(2b-1) obtaining a composite contents element that an encryption format is converted into a portable terminal format in response to a contents part to be fetched by the instruction of the contents part fetch instruction part.
