PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering mileage according to activity of a user and exchanging mileage for cyber money through the network are provided to offer inconvertible mileage according to the online activity of the user, and promote the online activities of the users by exchanging the inconvertible mileage for the cyber money with an exchange rate varied by multiple variables. CONSTITUTION: A service provider(21) provides multiple services including commercial transaction to the user(300). A mileage provider(22) provides the user with the mileage according to an activity result using the service. An exchange processor(23) differently fixes the rate by considering at least one exchange variable among mileage points to be exchanged, a use level of the user on the service applying the cyber money, and a member level on a system. A cyber money provider(24) provides the cyber money according to the fixed rate to the user based on the mileage point to be exchanged.
