<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize coexistence of a system for which band control is required and a system for which no band control is required on the same network without changing a node of the system for which no band control is required by performing priority transmission control capable of preferentially transmitting a message than other node by a network interface card which is loaded on an object node for band control. SOLUTION: A camera apparatus 30-1 as the object node for band control is provided with the network interface card(NIC) 130-1. A function to change the minimum idle time by defining a logical critical value of the minimum idle time as a lower limit, a function to change the retry time to wait for time until the retransmission when collision occurs on the network and a function to detect the completion time of the transmission of the packet in an all packet reception mode in addition to a function of a normal Ethernet card are controlled by the NIC: 130-1. The transmission is started without waiting for the logical critical value of the minimum idle time by using the functions.</p> |
