<p>The system has a control device with a program to guide rotation and traversing of a mobile camera (1) so that an impact point at ground of an optical axis is connected to a point pointed on a plane of site to be monitored. The program guides the camera based on variations of spatial coordinates e.g. height of the camera from the ground, distance with respect to a path, horizontal and vertical angles, and the plane of the site. The data related to the calculation of the spatial coordinate are stored in the path. The horizontal and vertical angles form optical axis of the camera. The plane of the site is already stored in the control device.</p> |
