Titration of physiological measuring signals in conjunction with the observation of a patient suffering from sleep-related respiratory problems, during which observation the titration pressure is varied

Evaluation characteristics are generated from measuring signals relating to respiration of person using evaluation systems and at least one evaluation result is generated based on evaluation characteristics subjected to combined analysis. Measuring signals are detected during titration sequences, which differ according to respiratory gas pressure applied to patient. At least part of evaluation characteristics or result is generated taking into account titration sequence pressure. An independent claim is made for an arrangement for the titration of physiological measuring signals, especially for detecting and evaluating a measuring signal indicative of the respiratory gas flow of a sleeping person.
