A determination unit determines the specification value based on the received total game result data. A renewing unit renews the specification value of game control conditions set by a setting unit, to the determined value. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) server for transmitting/receiving data to/from one game machine to another; (2) program for directing computer of one game machine for transmitting/receiving data to/from server; and (3) method of renewing specification values in game machine.
