The bush type hinge for spectacles has a piston actuated by a spring to provide flexibility, precision and reliability each time the spectacle frames are opened or closed. The hinge has a longitudinal drill-hole as far as the transverse hole. The hinge has an extrusion (6) whose thickness corresponds to the diameter of the bush. This extrusion may be adjusted in order to solder it easily to different frames (7). A spring (2) provides flexibility and a piston (3) is guided in the longitudinal drill hole.
