The device has a support (2) which is fixed to a vertical, downwardly directed tool shaft (1) and a work tool (3) is located on the support pivotable on a horizontal tip axis (7). Devices are provided for pressing the work tool against the ground surfaces (10). Such devices are automatic, dependent upon the speed of rotation of the support. The single work tool is so located on the support that it is pressed against the ground surface by centrifugal force, by a centrifugal force regulator rotating around the axis (5) of the tool shaft. |
