PURPOSE: A method for preparing optically active benzoxazine derivatives is provided, thereby reducing the preparation processes and improving the preparation yield of optically active benzoxazine derivatives. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing optically active benzoxazine derivatives represented by formula (1) comprises the steps of: reacting a benzoxazine compound of formula (2) with a chiral organic acid such as L-tartaric acid to prepare a chiral organic acid salt of the benzoxazine compound of formula (3); and recrystallizing the chiral organic acid salt of the benzoxazine compound of formula (3) using a mixed organic solvent of dichloromethane and sodium carbonate solution to isolate an enantiomer, wherein OA is the chiral organic acid.
