发明名称 Improvements in and relating to coil-winding machines
摘要
1,134,863. Coil-winding machines. PHILIPS ELECTRONIC & ASSOCIATED INDUSTRIES Ltd. 17 Feb., 1966 [20 Feb., 1965], No. 6988/66. Heading D1J. A machine for winding a coil comprises a main shaft, a support for a coil former that is rotatable with the main shaft, a traversing guide for the wire to be wound, a cam for moving the traversing guide, and a transmission mechanism between the main shaft and said cam, said transmission mechanism comprising a driving gear having a fixed transmission ratio, and a speed-control means comprising a mechanism that imparts to an output shaft of the speed-control means during substantially half of each revolution of this shaft an angular displacement equal to the angular displacement of a driving member for the speed-control means, and which superimposes an angular displacement of adjustable value on said angular displacement of the output shaft during the further part of each revolution of this shaft. In Fig. 1 the main shaft 20 is coupled directly to and rotates a shaft 25 on which a former for the coil to be wound will be mounted. Shaft 25 drives a sleeve 29 by means of selective gearing 21 to 24 on a shaft 25 co-operating with gearing 31 to 34 on a driven sleeve 29 surrounding an output shaft 26. The output shaft 26 carries two drums 28, 36 each surrounded by a hellical spring 37, 38. Drum 36 is rigid with shaft 26. Drum 28 is part of a sleeve 27 rotatable on shaft 26. Each spring has one end carried by the driven sleeve 29. To vary the rate of rotation of the shaft 26 during substantially each half revolution of the driven sleeve 29, the shaft 26 and the sleeve 27 are interconnected externally by an eccentrically pivoted linkage system, figs. 2 to 6 (not shown) such that during each revolution of the shaft 26 the sleeve 27, and hence the drum 28, rotates faster than the shaft 26 for a period and then slower than the shaft 26 for a period. During those periods that the drum 28 rotates slower than the shaft 26 the spring 37 slips on the drum 28 and power is transmitted from the sleeve 29 to the drum 36 by the spring 38. During those periods that the drum 28 rotates faster than the shaft 26, the spring 38 slips on the drum 36 and power is transmitted from the sleeve 29 to the shaft 26 via the spring 37, drum 28, sleeve 27 and the eccentrically pivoted linkage interconnecting the sleeve 27 and shaft 26. This is thus increased for a period during each revolution of the driven sleeve 29. By adjusting the position of the pivotal setting (48) of said eccentrically pivoted linkage, the amount by which the rotational speed of the shaft 26 is greater than that of the driven sleeve 29, once during each revolution of the sleeve 29, can be varied. Shaft 26 is rigid with gear wheel 55 meshing with gear wheel 56 freely mounted on the main shaft 20. Gear 56 carries a cam 57, and rotation of cam 57 causes a spring biased arm 61 to oscillate and thus traverse an eye 64 for the wire to be wound into coil form. Fig. 8 (not shown) illustrates a modified form of the invention. The motor 70 drives a main shaft 78 coupled to a differential gear 71 to 74. The output sun-wheel 73 turns a shaft 75 on which a coil-former support 76 is arranged. The shaft 78 also drives rotating cams 85 and 84. Cam 84 is used to reciprocate a wire traversing lever 91 and cam 85 is used to oscillate a mechanism 93 that causes a step-by-step rotation of a shaft 102 coupled to the carrier 77 for the planet wheels 72, 74 of the differential gear, so that additional rotation is superimposed on the rotation of the shaft 75 by the motor 70 each time the shaft 102 is rotated by an increment. By adjusting the setting of a slide 87 carrying a pivot 89 in the linkage between the cam 85 and the mechanism 93 the amount of superimposed rotation on the shaft 75 can be varied.
