This invention relates to a co-extruded triple insulating layer construction cable with properties of low humidity absorption, electric method, low emission of toxic gases, low smoke emission, flame retardance as well as to its design, manufacturing process and the compounds used in its manufacture. The object of this invention is to offer a type of cable totally diferent from the ones presently on the market, with a triple insulation layer, that allows to meet the requirements of humidity absorption, electric method, low smoke emission, low emission of toxic gases, flame retardance as well as the requirements indicated in the norm NMX J-10.
