Compounds of formula <IMAGE> I their mirror images and racemic mixtures, and the physiologically acceptable salts thereof, wherein A and D each are ketalized carbonyl groups; B is -CH2-, -CH(CH3)-, -C(CH3)2-, -CH2CH2-, -CH(CH3)CH2--C(CH3)2CH2- or -CH2O-; R1 is H or alkyl of 1-4 C-atoms; and R2 is alkyl of 3 to 5 C-atoms, phenyl or phenyl substituted one to three times by F, Cl, CF3, OH, OCH3, OC2H5 or alkyl of 1 to 3 C-atoms inhibit aggregation and/or adhesion of thrombocytes. |
