PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus are provided to set and cancel an allowable viewer and audience level in a convenient manner through an authentication using a personal mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a mobile terminal(200) for receiving download of personal information of a user through communication with a corresponding base station(300) in accordance with a user request; and an image display unit(100) for taking, as an input, the personal information downloaded through the mobile terminal, and determining whether to restrict viewing of the user in accordance with a user request, and controlling whether to output an image signal in accordance with the result of the determination. |
