PURPOSE: A neck strap connecting device for a dog is provided to improve the structural limits of the neck strap, to expand applications of the neck strap, to prevent the neck strap from strangling the neck of a dog, and to keep the dog warm. CONSTITUTION: The neck strap connecting device for a dog includes a neck strap connecting band(10) for loosely encompassing the neck of the dog, from which a neck strap of the dog is suspended; a cover(16) for covering the neck, belly and spinal parts of the dog, the cover(16) being sewed on one end of th neck strap connecting band(10) and having a leg hole(14); and an attachment(18) in a circular shape, being attached to the edge of the neck strap connecting band(10). The neck strap connecting band(10) and the cover(16) connected thereto are made of fabrics.
