PURPOSE: A device for exchanging information on a multiprocessor is provided to exchange the information between processors by using only one DPRAM(Dual Port RAM) on the device equipped with at least 3 processors. CONSTITUTION: Two interrupt output terminals of the DPRAM(103) connect to each input terminal of the first and the second multiplexer(102,104). One of the interrupt output terminals of the first multiplexer connects the one of the output terminals of the respectively connected first processors(101-1¯101-n). One of the interrupt output terminals of the second multiplexer(104) connects the output terminal of the respectively connected second processors(105-1¯105-n) with a control terminal of the first multiplexer. Thus, the information exchange between one of the first processors and another one of the second processors is realized.
