PURPOSE: A color CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) is provided to be capable of removing scattered electrons existing inside the CRT by forming a coating layer at the surface of a shadow mask, a frame, and an inner shield. CONSTITUTION: A color CRT comprises a panel having a fluorescent screen inside, a funnel connected to the panel, a vacuum barrel installed as a neck part of the funnel, an electron gun loaded at the neck part for emitting electron beam(6) to the fluorescent screen, a shadow mask arranged and spaced apart from the fluorescent screen for discriminating colors, a frame attached to the inner surface of the panel for fixedly supporting the shadow mask, and an inner shield(9) installed for shielding against geomagnetic force. A coating layer(20) made of predetermined material having a lower atomic number than Fe, is formed on the surface of at least one out of a plurality of parts loaded on the inside of the CRT.
