PURPOSE: A complex smart card, and a system and a method for processing the same are provided to enhance security by storing the credit information for a plurality of credit businessmen and setting a password for each credit businessman. CONSTITUTION: A reader(30) stores the password of an intermediation businessman providing the reader(30), processes the credit transaction of a cardholder by confirming the credit information stored in a credit card(10) inserted into the reader(30), and generates the transaction data. The reader(30) transmits the transaction data to the credit businessmen(40,50) in real-time or periodically. An encryption part(34) encrypts the transaction particulars by using the password stored in the reader(30) before storing the transaction data in a database(36). When the data stored in the database(36) is transmitted to the credit businessmen(40,50), the data is decrypted by using the password. The reader(30) stores the transaction data in a SAM(Secure Application Module)(32) after a certification procedure using the password. The data stored in the SAM is transmitted to the credit businessmen(40,50) after passing a reverse procedure of the certification procedure.
