PURPOSE: Provided is a complex fishing banks having an improved structure and shape for use in artificial algae, to secure a space for raising the fry as well as adult fishes at the same time, and to reduce cost of manufacture. CONSTITUTION: The complex fishing banks for use in artificial algae includes a lattice block(10) that is formed by connecting many planting frames(15) in truss structure; stick-shaped artificial algae fixed at one side of the planting frame(15) and disposed at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the planting frame(15); and a sinking-prevention plate installed at the bottom surface of the lattice black(10). The lattice block(10) has vertical frames(11), each being spaced out and horizontal frames(12) for connecting both ends of individual vertical frame(11).
