摘要 PURPOSE: A micro-grinding device is provided which improves grinding efficiency by generating proper impulse according to the state of raw materials, and in which injection of separate grinding balls is not required so that wear and damage of grinding blades and case are minimized. CONSTITUTION: The micro-grinding device comprises a case(100) in which a certain closed space is formed, and on upper and lower surfaces of which raw material injection port(120) and discharge port are respectively installed; a raw material grinding part(200) comprising a plural rotation shafts(210,220) rotationally fixed to an inner side of the case(100), and a plurality of grinding blades(210a) reciprocally alternately connected to the rotation shafts(210,220) perpendicularly to the rotation shafts(210,220); and a power transmission part(300) for simultaneously driving the rotation shafts(210,220), wherein one side of the discharge port is branched off from the discharge port so that recirculation pipe(130a) connected to the injection port(120) is connected to the one side of the discharge port, wherein the case(100) further comprises a cooling means(110) installed on an outer surface of the case(100), and the cooling means(110) comprises a plurality of cooling plates(110a) and cooling fluid moving pipe(110b), and wherein the power transmission part(300) comprises pulley(310) fixed to the rotation shaft(210), pulley(320) connected to the rotation shaft(220) so that the pulley(320) is engaged with the pulley(310), and driving motor(330) connected to the pulley(320).
