PURPOSE: A method for identifying PCR products using a multifunctional primer is provided, thereby performing amplification and hybridization of genes at one time, so that the PCR products can be rapidly and easily identified. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying PCR products using a multifunctional primer comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a solid support, on which the multifunctional primer is fixed, comprising the 5'-terminal having the nucleotide sequence of a primer used for PCR and the 3'-terminal having 1 to 20 bases synthesized from the primer; (ii) adding a template, a primer, dNTP, biotin or fluorescent material-coupled dNTP, DNA polymerase and a buffer solution into the solid support, and performing PCR amplification; and (iii) detecting biotin or fluorescent material coupled with PCR products.
