PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve improved reflection efficiency by increasing the surface area of a first electrode. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence device comprises a first step of forming a flattening film on a substrate; a step of performing an ultraviolet exposure process onto the flattening film by using a mask; a step of forming a pattern on the substrate by using a development solution; a step of forming a convex-concave shape by melting the pattern; and a step of sequentially forming a first electrode(3), an insulation film(4), an organic electroluminescence film(5), and a second electrode(6) on the convex-concave portion.
