INSULATOR ASSEMBLY DEVICE FOR QUARTZ VIBRATOR HAVING LEAD CUTTING PART FOR CUTTING CLEARLY LEAD OF QUARTZ VIBRATOR WITHOUT GENERATING BURR

摘要

PURPOSE: An insulator assembly device for quartz vibrator is provided to cut clearly a lead of the quartz vibrator without generating a burr by installing a lean cutting part at a cutter. CONSTITUTION: A quartz vibrator(100) is loaded into a cutting jig(13) from a quartz vibrator feeder(10). A lead of the quartz vibrator is inserted into a couple of cutting holes of the cutting jig. An inductive slope is formed on an entrance of the cutting hole in order to induce the lead of the quartz vibrator. A cutter guide is used for supporting the lead of the quartz vibrator. A couple of cutters are installed at both sides of the lead and are moved to the cutter guide in order to cut the lead. The cutter includes a lead cutting part for cutting the lead vertically to a pressing plane to the lead.
