The prefabricated wall structural part for exterior walls has a reinforced normal-weight-concrete slab (11) on which a heat-insulating layer (6) is concreted. Panels consisting of polystyrene foam, engaging in one another by means of groove and comb (7), are advantageously used as heat-insulating layer (6). These panels may have grooves (8) for the positively locking connection to the concrete slab (11) and to subsequently applied plaster. <IMAGE>
