PURPOSE: A communication establishing method of a wireless communication system is provided to reduce interference caused over a reverse link by mobile terminals that attempt numerous connections. CONSTITUTION: A capture number and an allocation number are determined for five minutes(401). It is determined whether the capture number is greater than a value obtained by multiplying 1.5 to the allocation number(402). If the capture number is greater than the value, it is determined whether a difference between the capture number and the allocation number is greater than a certain value for avoiding a warning state(403). If the difference is greater than the certain value, it means that a current state is an overloaded state and thus connection attempts are controlled to be corrected, and one or more connection probe parameter values are changed(404).
