PURPOSE: An exercise apparatus for stretching is provided to facilitate the stretching of human body by way of having a structure of moving the waist up and down and a structure of drawing a user's ankle with a simple manipulation in a state that the user lies down. CONSTITUTION: The exercise apparatus includes a body supporter section(10), an ankle fixing section(30), and a fixing supporter. The body supporter section has an upper body supporter(10a) for supporting the upper body and a lower body supporter(10b) for supporting the lower body. The ankle fixing section is installed at a lower portion to fix and draw a user's ankle. The fixing supporter supports the body supporter section and the ankle fixing section spaced apart from the ground. A link member(15) is connected between the upper and lower body supporter and is moved up and down with a lift device(20). The ankle fixing section has a structure capable of being moved forward and rearward. A grip portion(18) is provided adjacent to the link member so as to control an operation of the lift device and the ankle fixing section.
