PURPOSE: A disk-type recording medium case having a function of preventing a dropout of a holder is provided to prevent a button from being pressurized at more than a toggle dead point, and to re-fix a disk-type recording medium with a ring-shaped part by reducing or eliminating an external force. CONSTITUTION: A case receives a disk-type recording medium(a). The case consists of a body where a front cover and a central button(10) are formed, and a holder(5) comprising a ring-shaped part(13) where a coupling groove(15) for coupling a fixing hole(b) of the recording medium(a) with a leg(7) is formed. The ring-shaped part(13) is disposed around the button(10), while the holder(5) additionally includes a spring unit(9).
