PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a door outside handle base is provided to improve combination efficiency of a handle position fixing pin, to prevent the coating of a door outside panel from falling off by combining the handle position fixing pin, and to exactly hold the mounting position. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for positioning a door outside handle base(1) at an outside panel(5) of a door having a mounting hole, a plastic washer(10) having an outer diameter same as the mounting hole of the door outside panel and being a fiducial point for a mounting position of the door outside handle base is combined in the mounting hole. A handle position fixing pin(20) is joined to the washer from the outside of the outside panel to hold exactly the position of the door outside handle base.
