USE OF H*,K+-ATPaze INHIBITOR IN PRODUCTION OF NEW PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS

摘要

New way of application that gives prolonged profile of concentracion of H+,K+-ATP-aze inhibitors in plasma. Prolonged profile in plasma is obtained by administration of two or more single dosages of H+,K+-ATP-aze inhibitor with lapse of time 0,5 up to 4 hours, or pharmaceutical preparation with prolonged release, that can be in application once a day.
