INK JET HEAD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME INCLUDING NOZZLE PLATE AND VIBRATION PLATE MADE FROM STAINLESS STEEL

PURPOSE: An ink jet head and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to stably exhaust ink through the ink jet head by enlarging a difference between a retreat contact angle and an advance contact angle of a liquid discharging section. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet head(1) includes a nozzle plate(12) and a vibration plate(13) made from stainless steel. The nozzle plate(12) is bonded to the vibration plate(13) through a reservoir plate(14). Plural cavities(15) and reservoirs(16) are provided between the nozzle plate(12) and the vibration plate(13) by means of the reservoir plate(14). The cavities(15) are communicated with the reservoirs(16) through a fluid path(17). The cavities(15) and reservoirs(16) are filled with liquid. The nozzle plate(12) includes plural nozzles(18).
