The invention refers to production procedure of preparation containing one or more antibiotics.Procedure according to invention comes out from mixture of water, one amphiphilic component sample of alkyl sulfates, aryl sulfates, alkylaryl sufates, cycloalkyl sulfates, alkyl cycloalkyl sulfates, alkyl sulfamates, cycloalkyl sulfamates, alkylcycloalkyl sulfamates, aryl sulfamates, alkylaryl sulfamates, alkyl sulfonates, fatty acid-2-sulfonates, aryl sulfonates, alkylaryl sulfonates, cycloalkyl sulfonates, alkyl cycloalkyl sulfonates, alkyl disulfates, cycloalkyl disulfates, alkyl disulfonates, cycloalkyl disulfonates, aryl disulfonates, alkylaryl disulfonates, aryl trisulfonates and alkylaryl trisulfonates, one or more antibiotic components from the group of aminoglycoside antibiotics, lyncosamide antibiotics and tetracyclinic antibiotics, one organic and/or anorganic auxiliary and tetracycline antibiotics, an organic and/or an inorganic auxiliary component and at least one biologically active component and of the composition obtained and shaped into molded elements and/or granulates, and/or powders and/or foils, shaped masses and/or threds. Furthermore described is use of preparation obtained by tnis method in human medicine and veterinary for healing local microbic infections in solid and soft tissues. |
