PURPOSE: A system and a method for cellular phone protocol adaptive printing through an image forming device are provided to print a print item with adaptation to a cellular phone protocol. CONSTITUTION: A protocol logic(890) transmits a print task(880) to the image forming device(810) from a cellular phone(800) through a printer data transfer protocol. A contents modification logic(870) processes the print item(860) to the print task(950) by the print data transfer protocol supported by the protocol logic. A server logic(820) provides the print item to the contents modification logic.
