Button of the key is poured in one part mould from rubber so that the head (1) continues into the elastic bell (2), which changes into flat envelope (3), while from bottom it continues into carrier (4) of the contact head (8) and goes through the opening (18) on the printed plate (17) in the inside of contact socket (9). Lateral pressure on the head (1) of the button brings to the one part of deformation of elastic bell (2) and moving the carrier (4) of the contact head (8) to the opposite side, and herewith it leans to the appropriate pair of (10) lateral contacts on the wall of the socket (9). Upon the contact, the carrier 4 goes on with some more elastic bending and determines higher pressure and better joint. Protuberances (5) limit the degree of deformation of the bell 2. Vertical pressure on the head (1) of the key determines symmetrical determination of the bell (2) and the contact head (8) puts through the bottom contacts (14) at the bottom of the socket (9). Thereby the key can bring into five distinctively defined active positions and actualise five ciphers dialling, which means that the numerical keyboard can actualise only 2 keys like this. |
