PURPOSE: A hangul inputting device and method of wired/wireless phone enhanced with horizontal/vertical bar letters are provided to reduce an error of a key operation and allow a user to immediately recognize a typo by making a letter sound when the letter is inputted. CONSTITUTION: There are 4 rows x 3 boxes key pad sections below the general call, cancel and end key pad buttons. At the first row, number 1 and 'gyeok', number 2 and 'nyeun' and number 3 and 'digeut' are positioned. At the second row, number 4 and 'ryeul' and 'mieum', number 5 and 'bieup' and number 6 and 'siot' are positioned. At the third row, number 7 and 'ieung', number 8 and 'jeut', and number 9 and 'deom' are positioned. At the fourth row, a symbol * and a horizontal long bar vowel, number 0 and short horizontal and vertical bar vowels, and symbol # and a long vertical bar vowel are positioned. |
