The device has an encrypted data decrypting unit that decrypts the encrypted data by using a decryption algorithm and a decryption key. The decryption key corresponds to an encryption key, and an auxiliary key calculation unit calculates the auxiliary key. A decrypted data encryption unit encrypts the decrypted data using the encryption algorithm and the auxiliary key, in order to obtain an output data. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method for encrypting the base-line data (b) a computer program having a program code that performs a method for encrypting the base-line data.
