New diagnostic method for malignacy detection is characterized, according to this invention, with that it consists in use of UV-VIS spectroscopic screening recording process of the stabilized body liquids taken as exudate, pleural outflow or pericardial outflow or ascites in vitro. Stabilization of body liquids is carried out by adding 10 mas% of the liquid water stabilizer, suitably guanidine sulfate, cesium-sulfate, potassium-dihydrogen sulfate or ammonium-sulfate, where volume ratio of body liquids per stabilizer is in range from 40 to 10 per 1, the obtained compound is centrifuged, and then a transparent spectroscopic solvent is added, suitably 95% ethanol, tetrahydrofuran or dioxan. Defined is set for quick tuberculosis detection containing chemical agents for stabilization of individual substrate and reagents which provides transparency of hereby obtained sample. |
