The vehicle has a vessel in which a control unit, equipments and objects to be transported are assembled. A wing in a form of airship paraglider or a parachute is connected to the vessel by a rope (100). An autonomous drift is connected to the vessel by a line (10). The vessel has a nose having an inclination with respect to a drift plane and adjustable along an axis.
