PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for always uniformly maintaining pressure and temperature in the baking furnaces by realtime measuring pressure and temperature in the baking furnaces and sucking heat gas when the measured pressure and temperature are deviated from a certain range, thereby operating a heat gas distribution part for exhausting heat gas into an upper part of baking furnaces charged with limestone. CONSTITUTION: In a shaft kiln for producing quicklime by two baking furnaces alternately operated, the apparatus for controlling heat gas in the baking furnaces of the shaft kiln comprises a measurement part(30) comprising baking furnace channel thermometers(31,32) installed on channels(11a,11b) through which heat gas in a central inner part of the respective baking furnaces(10a,10b) moves, a baking furnace manometer(33) installed on a connection path(33a) of the respective baking furnace channels, baking furnace upper part thermometers(34a,34b) installed on an upper part into which limestone is charged, and flue gas thermometers(35a,35b) installed on flue gas ducts(16a,16b) of the respective baking furnaces; a control part(40) for determining whether it is necessary to regulate pressure or temperature in the baking furnaces or not by receiving data measured in the measurement part, and outputting signals required for controlling heat gas in the baking furnaces accordingly; and a heat gas distribution part(50) for exhausting the sucked heat gas into an upper part of the baking furnaces by sucking in high temperature heat gas produced in the baking furnace channels after receiving a control signal from the control part.
