摘要 PURPOSE: A brake pedal connection structure for reducing injuries is provided to absorb shock transmitted to legs of a driver put on a brake pedal by withdrawing the brake pedal away from a body. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for connecting a brake pedal(20) and a brake booster(10), a brake pedal connection structure for reducing injuries is composed of a helical rod(110) connected to the brake pedal and formed with threads; a booster rod(130) linked to the brake booster and formed with a rod connector(132); an actuator(120) thread-combined with the helical rod and rotatively joined with the rod connector; a pestle(134) disposed at the rod connector; a detonator and powder exploded by the pestle arranged at the actuator; a locker groove formed at the helical rod and the actuator and a locker(140) inserted into the groove; an actuator pressure chamber(125) and a locker pressure chamber(142) receiving explosive gas of the powder; and a gas exhaust port(126) for discharging the gas in the actuator pressure chamber.
