PURPOSE: An NE(Network Element) system for providing an independent multi-protocol service is provided to support and develop an independent protocol by a server without affecting a memory capacity of an NE. CONSTITUTION: Management systems(30-1,30-2,30-3,30-5) monitor an operation of an NE(32) and provide a service with respect to the NE(32). The NE(32) forms a network and managed by the management systems(30-1,30-2,30-3,30-5). A domain service bridge(31) is positioned between the NE(32) and the management systems(30-1,30-2,30-3,30-5), connected with the NE(32) by a certain protocol used in the NE(32), and connected with the management systems(30-1,30-2,30-3,30-5) by a protocol corresponding to each management system.
