The apparatus has two handles (1) to control steering of a connecting arm (2). A wheel (3) is provided with certain inertia and a tire that comprises of a tread (6) to travel along ground (5) at a distance of several tens of centimeters in front of skates. The wheel supports weight of different carrying loads disposed close to a mid-point of an axle (4) in order to act as a counterbalance for the arm and a handlebar (8).
