PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal having an acoustic tracking device is provided to improve the quality of sound in phone conversation by judging a distance and direction from a sound source and moving or rotating a voice input device so as to be suitable for the judged distance and direction. CONSTITUTION: A voice input device(10) receives a voice. A device moving unit(20) moves or rotates the voice input device(10) according to an external control signal. A voice judging unit(30) receives the voice, judges a distance and direction from a voice source, and outputs the control signal to the device moving unit(20). The device moving unit(20) has a guide rail on which the voice input device(10) moves left/right or up/down.
