PURPOSE: Provided is a large and cold-resistant variety of walnut plant which is produced by cross-breeding a variety of "Lake" with a variety of "Sanseong 4-ho" and asexually propagated by merithallus graft. The variety of walnut plant is cultivable in the whole country due to its large and cold-resistant properties, and is stably mass-produced because a descendant walnut plant has the same genotype as a parent walnut plant. CONSTITUTION: The variety of walnut plant asexually propagated by merithallus graft is produced by cross-breeding a variety of "Lake" with a variety of "Sanseong 4-ho", and has the properties of: fruit height of 45.0 to 45.5 mm, fruit width of 42.0 to 43.0 mm, fruit weight of 17.4 to 17.8g, core weight of 9.0 to 9.5g, core weight ratio of 52.6 to 53.0%, fruit surface thickness of 1.0 to 1.2 mm, and flower property of adichogamy. The method for producing the variety of walnut plant asexually propagated by merithallus graft comprises the steps of: collecting scion from a variety of walnut plant produced by cross-breeding a variety of "Lake" with a variety of "Sanseong 4-ho" before tree fluid moves; storing the collected scion at 0 to 4 deg. C; and grafting the stored scion in the epicotyl rootstock after 5 to 10 days of germination of the rootstock seeds.
