BUDDY CALL SERVICE SYSTEM USING CODE CONVERTER, AND OFFERING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A buddy call service system using a code converter, and an offering method thereof are provided to automatically connect a call with use of a VXML(Voice eXtensible Markup Language) technology if a user speaks a name from a buddy list registered to a messenger and dynamically loaded by responding to a service call generated from a wired/wireless telephone. CONSTITUTION: An IM(Instant Messenger) server(600) stores the buddy list. An intelligent network hosting application server(500) reads the buddy list by linking with the IM server and converts it into a VXML document fit to the service. An AIP(Artificial Intelligence Peripheral)(400) parses the VXML document and recognizes a buddy name spoken by a service user. An SCP(Service Control Point)(300) fixes a location of a server to execute the service fit to the service call and interprets an actual calling number corresponding to contact received from the AIP. When the service user requests the call, an SSP(Service Switching Point)(200) transmits a call request to the SCP and connects call to the actual calling number.
