LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY ELEMENT FORMING MORE THAN ONE CONE-SHAPED GROOVE IN THE MIDDLE OF A COLOR FILTER, SPECIALLY RELATED TO IMPROVING VISUAL FIELD PROPERTIES BY SIMPLY TRANSFORMING A STRUCTURE OF THE COLOR FILTER

PURPOSE: An LCD element forming more than one cone-shaped groove in the middle of a color filter is provided to simply change a structure only of a color filter during an LCD fabrication, thereby improving visual field properties without adding a multilevel process. CONSTITUTION: A nitride film(102) as a passivation film and a common electrode(104) having an ITO material are sequentially formed on a TFT substrate(100). A color filter(110) has a structure of more than one cone-shaped groove being formed in the middle of the color filter(110). Black matrices(108) are formed in the color filter(110). A common electrode(112) having an ITO material is formed on a C/F substrate(106). The TFT substrate(100) and the C/F substrate(106) are faced to each other. A liquid crystal(114) is injected between the TFT substrate(100) and the C/F substrate(106).
