PURPOSE: A method for operating a stand bar as franchise or chain business is provided to offer a place to drink/talk with each other, and sell liquor and appetizer dishes. CONSTITUTION: A space to use at all times is formed, and fixtures and equipments needed for the space are formed. Tables, liquor display stands, a heating cabinet for the eatables, and cooking tools are formed. The space is operated by offering the liquor, the eatables, a fork, and a cup to a customer standing at the inside of the space at a low price.
