PURPOSE: A vibration motor is provided to improve stability of rotation of rotor and reduce noises by coupling a bearing to the rotor and supporting a fixing shaft by a stator. CONSTITUTION: A vibration motor comprises a fixing shaft(5), a bearing(4), a first washer(3), and a second washer(10). The fixing shaft is secured into a rotating center of a rotor, and has upper and lower ends fixed by a stator. The bearing has an area of upper and lower ends, with a cross section smaller than the cross section of a center portion of the bearing. The bearing is coupled to the rotating center of the rotor such that the bearing contacts an outer surface of the fixing shaft. The first washer is mounted at an inner upper center of the stator so as to elastically support the fixing shaft, and contacts an upper surface of the fixing shaft. The second washer contacts a lower end of the bearing, and penetrates through the fixing shaft and is mounted on the stator so as to support the rotor.
