PURPOSE: An earphone switching circuit of a mobile phone is provided to allow a user to perform call communication with the other party and simultaneously listen to music when the user receives the call while enjoying music through an earphone. CONSTITUTION: A switching controller(1) outputs a switching control signal allowing a user to enjoy music, listen to a call tone, or simultaneously perform listening to music and call communication through an earphone(3) according to his/her request. A switch unit(2) selectively connects midi ports(MIDI+,MIDI-) for music and audio ports(Audio+,Audio-) for call to speaker lines(EA,EB) of the earphone(3) according to the switching control signal.
